YOCLES electric bikes are in our UK warehouse and take 3-5 days to arrive after ordering. Battery and e-bike will be delivered in two packages.
▷ After the product arrives, you need to assemble the e-bike yourself. 85% parts of the e-bike assemblying have been already finished, and you need to do is putting on the front wheel, handlebar, headlight, foot support, pedals, saddle.
Returns within 30 days, Product should be returned in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Buyer pays for return cost. Faulty goods must notified to us within 2 days of delivery and will be replaced, and redelivered free of charge.

I was prompted into buying an ebike by my partner but didn't want to be spending silly money,after looking around i came across this. I took the plunge and ordered it. Delivery was quicker than expected. Well packaged, easily put together (most is already done) even tools to assemble provided! Gave it a full charge before using,it has a clear lcd display to record mileage,speed Battery level etc. The power assistance is amazing, great for inclines, headwinds etc. Battery life seems pretty good, good cable disc brakes, handy stand too. If you are considering dipping your toes into the ebike market,this does what it's meant to without breaking the bank!

im loling at all these bad reviews the bike is tricky to assemble yes but once built its sturdy its a flying machine its well worth the money i have found every excuse to use it i dont even peddle i just use the twist and go throttle and its hours of fun only downfall from this bike its its battery life id say from 2 days use ul get a few hours out of a charge more if you use it wisely ofcourse but i go full speed and really push my bike to its limits its a fantastic bike trust me

Bike comes partially completed. When installing the accelerater I had difficulty removing the grip and though the bike comes with a selection of necessary tools, there isn't an Allen key small enough to tighten the accelerater onto the handlebars. You'll also need some cable ties for the accelerater cable. A good looking bike that I hope will serve me well.

This bike is superb for the money. No problems at all. Very easy to assemble, easy to understand instructions, packaged incredibly well and it all went together very easily. The bike is excellent: The gears have not needed any adjustment and the electric motor makes the whole experience so much more enjoyable and fun!! The saddle is not hard either!! Only had the bike for a month but it surpasses any expectations. A brilliant purchase.
